A Master's degree is preferred.Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role in residential projects.Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering large-scale residential developments.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide multidisciplinary teams.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory environment and construction standards is an advantage.Relevant professional certifications such as PMP or equivalent are highly desirable.Saudi Nationals are preferred.
