You will be Star's primary relationship holder with senior government and corporate clients, set the PMO approach for the delivery team, and play a key role in building our project management capability as the company grows.This is not a coordination role. - Exceptional communication in Arabic and English, both written and verbal
- Structured problem-solver — you define the problem before you solve it
- Active AI tool user — you use AI in your daily workflow, not occasionally
- Hands-on work ethic — track record of doing the work, not just overseeing it
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP or equivalent is a plus
