Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address any issues or risks that may arise Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and providing accurate financial reports Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and key stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the civil engineering industry PMP certification or equivalent is strongly preferred Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in project management software and tools Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
