This is a fully remote role, but a business presence in Poland is required. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in digital transformation or IT. Exceptional English skills (written and spoken). Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset. Technological aptitude, including experience with tools like Airtable and the ability to create simple apps. A business presence in Poland and readiness to work on a B2B contract. Proximity to major airports in Poland is a plus due to international client collaborations. Ability to manage risks, coordinate stakeholders, and drive results in remote settings.
