You’ll be helping grow a longstanding business while receiving the recognition and support your commitment to professional growth deserves. **This role is eligible for a $20,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company's sign-on bonus program.** **Your Responsibilities as a Senior Project Manager:** - Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff on a wide variety of **Water/Wastewater infrastructure** projects—from planning and design through bidding and construction. - Drive operational excellence by monitoring project schedules, budgets, technical quality, and team workload. - Strengthen and expand client relationships and workload through responsive, value-driven engineering solutions. - Guide and mentor staff to cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on quality, accountability, and professional growth. - Develop and strengthen client relationships by proactively identifying new business opportunities through networking, thoughtful engagement, proposal preparation, and client presentations, supporting the growth of our regional business development program. - Partner with division leadership on strategic planning, business development, and client relationship management throughout the western U.S. - Play a central role in talent development, succession planning, and long-term organizational sustainability. **What we're looking for:** - B.S. in Civil Engineering (or related field) - Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Utah (or ability to obtain such a license) - 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience - Project management experience including development of project proposals, scopes, budgets, and successful execution of engineering projects - Strong staff mentorship and performance management capabilities - Experience with strategic planning, client development, and operational oversight - Excellent verbal and written communications skills, and strong interpersonal skills **Why you'll love working for us:** - Flexible Schedule - Competitive Pay - Medical, Vision, Dental, and HSA - Generous PTO - 401K Plan including employer contribution Apex Title: Sr Project Manager #LI-EK1 Req ID: 11769
