You'll own the delivery of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end — from scoping through go-live — working closely with Sales, RevOps, Engineering, Commercial Systems, and other Business Operations pillars. This is a senior, largely autonomous role: you'll be trusted to run your own project portfolio, manage stakeholders directly, and make delivery calls without heavy oversight. **Where you will have impact** - Lead business-critical projects end to end, gathering requirements from Sales, Finance and Commercial Systems stakeholders, managing scope and timelines, and reporting decisions and risks to leadership. - Coordinate changes to Salesforce configuration, business processes and internal tools, partnering with Commercial Systems on solution design and managing dependencies across Engineering, Business Process, Data Analytics and Marketing Operations. - Run structured testing and UAT cycles ahead of go-live, and coordinate rollout communications (Slack announcements, training materials, sales enablement). - Track project status and risks, and report progress to leadership and stakeholders on a regular cadence. - Mentor junior team members and contribute to how the team plans and delivers work. - Improve the team's use of AI in project delivery, refining its templates and skills for test scenarios and exploring uses in testing or presentations. - Lead AI-related projects that automate internal business operations processes and help less experienced colleagues develop their project delivery practices. **About our team** You'll work in a Business Operations project team composed by a Manager, Sales Operations, and a Business Process Analyst who also manages projects. The team collaborates with specialists in sales operations, finance operations and commercial systems. You'll have an established approach to project delivery and room to improve it. **What's in it for you?** - Flexible working environment: Work from home or at one of our global offices. - Flexible time off: Autonomy to manage your work-life balance. - Collaborative team: High-bar, friendly, creative, and passionate colleagues. - Career development: Workshops, frameworks, tools, training, and processes to realize your full potential. - Impactful work: Shape products relied on by 85,000+ users worldwide. - Mobility options: Mobility budget or company car (based on your job category). - Competitive compensation: Proactively maintained to value your work. - Net allowance: to support home office related expenses. - Vouchers: lunch vouchers & eco vouchers. - Comprehensive health insurance: Extensive coverage for you and your dependents. - Pension funding: Group insurance to secure your future. - Referral bonuses: Earn rewards for bringing in new talent. **Who you are** - Substantial experience in **project management in a SaaS environment**, you understand the pace, ambiguity, and cross-functional nature of software companies - Experience using **project management methods and tools** to plan work, align stakeholders and keep delivery moving without relying on a rigid playbook. - Hands-on experience with **CRM platforms** and the ability to scope and validate changes to connected business processes. Salesforce experience is welcome, but not required. - Clear written and verbal communication in English, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams that do not report to you. - Interest in applying **AI tools** to improve research, documentation, automation or project workflows. - Comfortable operating in a role with real autonomy — you can structure ambiguous work yourself rather than needing it handed to you **Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging** Thank you for considering a career with Lighthouse. We are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace that values equal opportunity for all. We welcome candidates from all backgrounds, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, and disability. Our commitment to equality is part of our culture. If you require reasonable accommodation at any point during the application or interview process, please notify your recruiter. Not ticking every box? No problem! We value diverse backgrounds and unique skill sets, and we encourage individuals from all walks of life to apply. If your experience looks a little different from what we've described, but you're passionate about what we do and are a quick learner, we'd love to hear from you! --- [**Learn more about our careers and recruitment process**](https://www.mylighthouse.com/company/careers) | **[Our company and leadership team](https://www.mylighthouse.com/company/about)** | **[Beware of recruitment scams](https://www.mylighthouse.com/company/beware-of-recruitment-scams)**
