We encourage professional development and provide support to our teams through our 4 core values: Excellence, teamwork, honesty & adaptability. ### YOUR MISSION Potloc is looking for a highly organized, self-driven Project Manager to join our growing team as our first hire in the LATAM region : you'll be joining colleagues already based across Europe, Canada, and India. You'll manage end-to-end research projects, ensure client satisfaction, and help promote our services and products. You'll be joining a dynamic, international team of 20 Project Managers: a collaborative, supportive group passionate about delivering exceptional work in a fast-paced, innovative environment. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** - Manage end-to-end quantitative research projects, from kick-off to delivery of raw data sets (no analysis) - Deeply understand client objectives to design tailored research solutions - Translate client needs clearly to internal and external teams - Serve as the primary client contact during all operational phases: kick-off, questionnaire design, fieldwork, and delivery - Track project progress proactively and provide timely updates to clients - Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and long-term retention - Onboard clients on the Potloc Platform to optimize their experience and efficienc - Contribute to process and product improvements by suggesting new features and workflows *This role requires availability during North America working hours, including occasional weekends based on project needs.* ### REQUIRED SKILLS - 7–12 years of experience as a Project Manager in the Market Research industry - Proven ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines efficiently - Good understanding of sampling methodologies (CATI, CAWI, etc.) - Experience in questionnaire design (creation and optimization) - Highly autonomous, results-driven, and proactive - Strong judgment with a track record of solving challenges quickly and effectively - Skilled at managing multiple complex projects simultaneously across various stages of the customer journey - Able to perform under pressure and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Experience working with consulting and private equity firms is a plus ### WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU - 📈 A dynamic company with ambitious goals, a strong team spirit, and a stimulating environment where everyone can contribute to a collective success - 💸 A competitive salary package, including stock options to allow you to share in our success - 📊 A structured career path, with performance evaluations to support your development - *🏖 Paid vacation and public holidays (varies by country):* - **Argentina**: 14 days of paid vacation per year, plus public holidays under the law and additional movable/bridge holidays added annually by the government - **Mexico:** 12 days of paid vacation, plus 7 mandatory public holidays under the Federal Labor Law - 📅 Additional leave for key moments in your life (moving, childbirth, marriage, etc.) - 🏥 A comprehensive health coverage plan, for you and your family, to ensure your well-being every day ### RECRUITMENT PROCESS - Exchange with a member of our Talent team (30 min) - Interview with the hiring manager (45 mn) - Technical test (1h) - Team fit (30 mn) - Job offer 🙌
