職務簡介 負責一項全新策略合作專案的整體統籌與落地執行，擔任 inline 對外部合作夥伴的單一窗口。從專案規劃、跨方協調，到時程、預算與結案的全流程管控，推動合作順利落地並建立可長期經營的夥伴關係。此角色需具備良好判斷力，能在複雜情境中協調各方、穩健推進專案。 主要工作內容 專案整體統籌： 跨單位與跨夥伴協調、時程與里程碑管控、預算控管與結案，對專案整體交付負責。 夥伴對接窗口： 擔任 inline 對外部夥伴的主要窗口，推動合作順利落地，協調解決執行過程中的議題，維護雙方合作品質與互信。 合作執行與治理： 確保專案依合作架構順利推進，協調請款、核銷與結案，維護順暢且可長期經營的合作關係。 多方夥伴協調： 洽談並管理品牌、媒體、通路及其他異業夥伴的合作條件、內容與時程。 跨團隊協作： 掌握執行中涉及的法務與財務面向，與內部相關單位協作，確保流程順暢與穩妥。 議題與品質管理： 提早辨識專案推進中的潛在議題並即時溝通，確保專案穩健交付。 成果彙整： 追蹤專案成效，彙整結案並建立專案資料庫。 跨方溝通： 擔任外部夥伴與 inline 內部團隊之間的協調樞紐，並對內做好利害關係人與向上溝通。 條件要求（必備） 5 年以上專案管理、商務合作或行銷執行經驗，能獨立統籌多線專案並控管時程與預算。 具備直接對接大型企業夥伴的經驗，能在複雜情境中協調、溝通並推進合作。 對商務合作架構與合約具基本理解，能掌握執行與合約的一致性，並適時協同法務、財務處理相關議題。 細心、流程意識強，熟悉請款、核銷與結案作業。 具風險意識與良好判斷力，能提早辨識並妥善處理專案議題。 跨部門與對外溝通協調能力佳，能處理利害關係人與向上管理。 中英文溝通能力佳。 加分條件 餐飲、媒體、活動或品牌合作相關產業經驗。 具異業合作或策略夥伴專案的執行經驗。 具備數據分析與成效追蹤能力。 熟悉合約管理或合規相關實務。 Overview Own the end-to-end planning and execution of a new strategic partnership initiative, serving as inline's single point of contact for external partners. From project planning and cross-party coordination through timeline, budget, and closing management, you will drive smooth delivery and build partnerships built to last. The role calls for strong judgment and the ability to coordinate multiple parties and move the project forward steadily in complex situations. Key Responsibilities Overall project ownership: coordinate across internal teams and partners, manage timeline and milestones, control budget, and own delivery and closing for the project as a whole. Partner point of contact: act as inline's primary contact for external partners, drive smooth execution, resolve issues as they arise, and sustain quality and mutual trust on both sides. Execution & governance: keep the project moving in line with the partnership framework, coordinate billing, reconciliation, and closing, and maintain a smooth, durable working relationship. Multi-partner coordination: negotiate and manage terms, content, and timelines with brand, media, channel, and other cross-industry partners. Cross-functional collaboration: understand the legal and financial dimensions of execution, and work with the relevant internal teams to keep processes smooth and sound. Issue & quality management: identify potential issues early as the project progresses, communicate them promptly, and ensure steady delivery. Results & knowledge: track project performance, consolidate closings, and build a project knowledge base. Cross-party communication: serve as the hub between external partners and inline's internal teams, and manage stakeholders and upward communication internally. Requirements 5+ years in project management, business partnerships, or marketing execution, able to independently run multiple workstreams and control timeline and budget. Direct experience managing large enterprise partners, with the ability to coordinate, communicate, and advance partnerships in complex situations. Working understanding of commercial partnership structures and contracts, able to keep execution aligned with agreements and to engage legal and finance on relevant matters at the right time. Detail-oriented and process-minded, familiar with billing, reconciliation, and closing workflows. Strong judgment and risk awareness, able to spot and handle project issues early. Strong cross-functional and external communication and coordination skills, including stakeholder and upward management. Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English. Preferred Experience in F&B, media, events, or brand-partnership-related industries. Experience executing cross-industry or strategic partnership projects. Data analysis and performance-tracking ability. Familiarity with contract management or compliance practices.
