Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in quality engineering, with a strong background in construction or project management. Demonstrated expertise in quality management systems and relevant international standards (e.g., ISO 9001). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with the capacity to influence and lead cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Willingness to travel to various project sites as required. Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.
