The Opportunity We are currently on the lookout for Senior Quality Engineer s to join our team. Responsibilities: Creat ing and enhanc ing test cases and execut ing them with limited supervision Provid ing constructive feedback on test cases/ test plans developed by j unior team members Review ing functional and non-functional requirements and specifications Produc ing test Artifacts such as Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, and Test Metrics reports Debug ging and troubleshoot ing issues, analyz ing root cause with relevant tools, and log ging defects in the defect tracking system with adequate information Work ing closely with development teams to shake out bugs early in the development process Build ing and establish ing the overall QE process Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science , IT or equivalent qualification A minimum of 3 years of work experience in software testing Experience in test planning, test design, and functionality testing Experience in API testing, including test design and execution Experience in UI/API automation using Selenium/ RestAssured Expert knowledge of quality engineering methodologies and continuous integration systems Experience in QE tools such as QMetry , JIRA and C onfluence Strong Knowledge in Java, OOP concepts and coding standards Skilled at evaluating existing processes and procedures and making recommendations for improvement; designing proof of concepts that best fit company needs A solid practical understanding on Agile Software Testing and Software Engineering concepts Effective communication (oral and written) skills including problem-solving, prioritizing and interpersonal relationship building Exposure to performance testing will be optional A t hirst for learning and regularly updating knowledge Must possess the a bility to work independently and maintain good relationships with team members Benefits: US dollar-linked compensation Performance-based annual bonus Performance rewards and recognition Agile Benefits - special allowances for Health, Wellness & Academic purposes Paid birthday leave Team engagement allowance Comprehensive Health & Life Insurance Cover - extendable to parents and in-laws Overseas travel opportunities and exposure to client environments Hybrid work arrangement Sysco LABS is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
