ResponsibilitiesOversee quality inspections, First Article Inspections (FAI), calibration programs, and audit activities to ensure product conformity and compliance with customer requirements.Lead the implementation and maintenance of the AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory, customer, and aerospace industry standards.Support New Product Introduction (NPI), APQP, and cross-functional projects to integrate quality requirements throughout the product lifecycle.Investigate quality issues, resolve customer complaints, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Monitor quality KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational performance.Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to strengthen quality processes, reduce defects, and promote a culture of quality excellence.RequirementsPrefer those:Experience in the aerospace industry is required.3-5 years of experience leading AS9100 internal audits and QMS management, including internal audit planning, execution, management review meetings, and certification body audit management, is preferred.3-5 years of experience with APQP and PPAP activities is preferred.Experience leading APQP activities for new projects is preferred.3-5 years of experience in direct customer complaint and claim management is preferred.
