Working alongside a wonderful team at The Peninsula Bangkok, we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager who has a genuine passion for supporting our Sales team Work for a prestigious hotel in Bangkok Learn and grow within a strong Sales & Marketing Favorable remuneration package Responsibilities Develops and maintains strong relationships with key Leisure, Travel Trade, Luxury Consortia, and strategic accounts to drive room nights and revenue. Identifies and develops new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing accounts across assigned markets. Plans and conducts sales calls, client meetings, site inspections, FAM trips, networking, and promotional activities to generate business. Implements sales action plans for assigned market segments and territories in line with the hotel's Sales & Marketing strategy. Monitors market trends, competitor activities, and travel distribution developments, sharing relevant market intelligence and opportunities with the Director of Sales. Maintains accurate account records and follows up on account production, room nights, and revenue performance. Works closely with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline. Minimum 4 years of relevant hotel sales experience, preferably with strong exposure to Leisure, Travel Trade, and Luxury Consortia. Strong network and understanding of luxury travel advisors, consortia, travel agencies, tour operators, and other key industry partners. Proven ability in business development, account management, and revenue generation. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills. Fluent in English and Thai, both written and spoken; additional language skills would be an advantage.
