At Sariba, you’re more than a consultant — your part of a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together while supporting some of the Nordics’ biggest companies. Since 2000, we’ve helped organisations simplify life for HR, managers, and employees. Today, we’re one of the Nordics’ most experienced SuccessFactors consultancies and proud multi-time SAP Partner of the Year. Our 100+ colleagues across Norway, Sweden, and Spain share knowledge freely, celebrate wins, and foster an environment where you can be yourself. We’re down-to-earth people passionate about HR and tech, combining the stability of an established company with the energy of a growing one. Here’s what you can expect: Colleagues who cheer you on and share their knowledge; No “solo heroes.” Projects that really matter to the client, where you’ll see how your solutions make everyday life easier for managers, employees and those who work in HR. A culture where you can experiment, learn, and grow – without getting lost in layers of hierarchy or politics. Your Role: Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant As our new senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering projects and support that matter. What You’ll Do: Be the subject matter expert and contact for SuccessFactors-related queries and developments within your area of expertise. Participate in implementations and provide support for the several SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central , with opportunities to expand into other areas based on your expertise. Ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction by building holistic, well-integrated solutions. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with new releases and proactively suggesting improvements. Who You Are You’re curious about people and passionate about HR technology. You’ve already delivered SuccessFactors projects and know what it takes to turn complex challenges into simple, effective solutions. You enjoy working closely with clients, and you thrive when things move fast. Most of all, you’re eager to keep learning and growing while sharing your knowledge with others. Your skills and qualifications: You’re certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, and you’ve worked with other modules as well. You have hands-on experience in implementation projects , especially in Employee Central (if you also have experience in several others, is that a plus). You understand HR processes and how technology can make them better. You’re a strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with both clients and colleagues. You are fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken). You have an educational background in HR , Tech/IT , Business Administration , or a similar field. Don’t tick every box? That’s okay. If you’re excited about the role and have relevant experience, we’d still love to hear from you. A career that moves forward : support for courses, certifications, and new responsibilities and challenges; we expect you to keep growing. Security that matters : competitive salary, solid insurance schemes, plus a performance bonus. Genuine social life : from running relays to team trips, quiz nights, and celebrating wins together.
