Senior seafreight export clerk

Job description

Our client is looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in a busy export department, ideally from a freight forwarder/NVOCC background. The position involves: Liaising with customers, suppliers, and overseas agents Preparing NES entries – the candidate must be very experienced with these already AMS / ACI / ISF entries (will be be taught) Creating bookings for customers Arranging collections Using in-house computer systems (incl. Multifreight) Ability to work unsupervised General office duties Attention to detail and accuracy is important.
