Liquid Personnel is recruiting an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our client's Adult Social Care Locality Team based in Herefordshire. This is an excellent opportunity to work with adults who have a wide range of care and support needs, including older people, young adults, individuals with physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and other complex circumstances.
As a Senior Social Worker, you will manage a varied and complex caseload, delivering strengths-based interventions that promote independence, wellbeing, and positive outcomes. Working within a collaborative multi-disciplinary environment, you will play a key role in undertaking assessments, safeguarding enquiries, care planning, Court of Protection work, and Community DoLS responsibilities.
