**Senior Software Development Engineer** ### Job requirements **Experience Range:** With at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including significant expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Agentforce, and Data Cloud to meet business objectives. - Build and maintain Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL queries, and custom Salesforce components for enhanced functionality. - Implement and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Named Credentials to ensure seamless data flow between systems. - Configure and enhance Agentforce features, including Agent Builder, Prompt Templates, Actions, and AI-driven use cases for improved agent productivity. - Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation to drive actionable analytics. - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and participate in deployments and production support to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver effective solutions in collaboration with business analysts, architects, and other technical teams. - Apply Salesforce best practices for security, performance, scalability, and code quality throughout the development lifecycle. **Required Skills:** - Apex programming - Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Salesforce Flows - SOQL/SOSL - REST/SOAP APIs - Platform Events - Sales Cloud implementation - Service Cloud implementation - Experience Cloud development - Agentforce (Agent Builder, Prompt Templates, Actions) - Data Cloud (data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation) **Preferred Skills:** - Salesforce Platform Developer II certification - Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant certification - Agentforce Specialist certification - Experience with Copado or GitHub for CI/CD - Experience with advanced Salesforce integration patterns **Desired Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - Salesforce Platform Developer I certification - Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant certification
