**Job Title:** Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) **Key Skills:** Python, Bash, AWS, GitHub Actions, Kibana, AI-Assisted Development **Experience:** 5+ YOE. **Location:** Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, and Bolivia. **Mode:** Remote. We at Coforge are hiring **Senior Software Development Engineer (SDE) (#22616)** with the following skill set. **Key Responsibilities** · Improve the reliability and automation of secret rotation processes using GitHub Actions. · Manage secrets, security assets, and cloud resources within AWS environments. · Analyze Kibana logs and identify issues to support development teams in troubleshooting and resolution. · Develop automation scripts and operational tooling using Python and Bash. · Review and validate infrastructure-related pull requests written in HCL, JSON, and related technologies. · Configure and maintain Kibana integrations, including ingestion of SIEM data sources. · Utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate software delivery and improve engineering productivity. · Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency. · Support infrastructure automation, monitoring, and incident investigation activities. · Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across cloud and DevOps environments. **Required Skills & Qualifications** · Strong experience with Python and Bash scripting. · Experience working with GitHub Actions and CI/CD automation. · Experience managing AWS services, including secrets management and S3 assets. · Experience using Git-based workflows and pull request reviews. · Knowledge of Kibana, log analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting practices. · Experience identifying issues through SIEM logs and observability platforms. · Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. · Experience working in cloud-based and DevOps-oriented environments. · Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across technical teams. **Preferred Skills** · Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices. · Knowledge of HCL and JSON-based infrastructure configurations. · Experience configuring SIEM integrations and log ingestion pipelines. · Familiarity with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or other AI-assisted development tools. · Experience leveraging AI-driven workflows as a primary software development approach. · Knowledge of cloud security, secrets management, and operational best practices. **Posted On:** 14-08-2026 At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and qualifications and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.
