We bring voice, SMS, WhatsApp, and 250+ integrations together on one seamless workspace—so every customer conversation drives revenue, resolves issues faster, and builds trust. We’re 600+ people from 40+ nationalities across Paris, London, Madrid, Berlin, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Sydney, and Mexico City. We’re ambitious, product-driven, and execution-focused—built for visible impact, fast decisions, and real growth. Come join us! As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer on our Growth team, you will focus on Onboarding & Trial optimization. You will design, build, and iterate on the key product flows that drive user activation, feature adoption, and trial conversions. Unlike traditional full-stack roles that lean heavily toward backend systems, this position requires deep Frontend expertise alongside solid Backend capabilities. You will build user-facing product experiences, run rapid experiments, and shape the initial user journey in Aircall. Quality, excellence, and agility drive our delivery processes and you will help us level these up. Using React, NodeJS and Typescript, always hosted on AWS, we build added value and resilient experiences on top of voice and fully integrate with our customers' business critical tools (CRM, Helpdesk, E-Commerce, …). ### Your mission @ Aircall: - Drive Acquisition & Onboarding: design, implement, and optimize activation funnels, trial experiences, and onboarding flows - Rapid Experimentation: build, ship, and evaluate A/B tests and product feature variations using product analytics to measure impact - End-to-End Ownership: ship high-quality code across the entire stack, from seamless, responsive frontend interfaces to scalable backend logic - Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Data Analysts to convert user insights into frictionless product experiences - Create, design, develop, test, and monitor your code in production autonomously and reliably - Mentor and promote tech growth within the teams ### A little about you: - You have demonstrated professional experience across both frontend and backend development, with true full-stack expertise. - You have strong frontend mastery: expertise in building complex, modern UI components, reactive interfaces, and web applications. This role involves substantial frontend work. - You have a strong background in the modern JS/TS ecosystem: Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React), and API integration. - You have a product & data mindset: familiarity with product analytics tools, conversion funnels, and data-informed product decision-making. - Candidates whose primary background is strictly Ruby, Python, or purely backend frameworks will not fit this specific need. - Nice to have: prior experience building and scaling software at product-led SaaS companies (as opposed to client consulting or agency backgrounds). - Nice to have: growth engineering background, with direct experience in funnels, onboarding optimization, monetization, or rapid experimentation frameworks. - You value code simplicity, quality, performance and maintainability. - You possess effective and proactive communication skills, and can collaborate with different profiles and roles. ### Our Tech Stack: You do not need to be familiar with all of our technical stack or any specific functional area, but you have a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Typescript/[Node.js](http://node.js/), React, REST API/GraphQL APIs, AWS/Serverless or EKS, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis **Why join us?** 🚀 Key moment to join Aircall in terms of growth and opportunities 💆‍♀️ Our people matter, work-life balance is important at Aircall 📚 Fast-learning environment, entrepreneurial and strong team spirit 🌍 45+ Nationalities: cosmopolite & multi-cultural mindset 💶 Competitive salary package & benefits **DE&I Statement:** At Aircall, we believe diversity, equity and inclusion – irrespective of origins, identity, background and orientations – are core to our journey. We pride ourselves on promoting active inclusion within our business to foster a strong sense of belonging for all. We’re working to create a place filled with diverse people who can enrich and learn from one another. We’re committed to ensuring that everyone not only has a seat at the table but is valued and respected at it by providing equal opportunities to develop and thrive. We will constantly challenge ourselves to make sure that we live up to our ambitions around diversity, equity and inclusion, and keep this conversation open. Above all else, we understand and acknowledge that we have work to do and much to learn. Want to know more about candidate privacy?
