Senior Software Engineer - Investments

Job description

During the Renaissance in Florence, affluent merchants sought a way to protect their gold while ensuring it remained productive. The Medici family introduced a groundbreaking solution: by depositing assets with them, wealth remained secure and earned steady returns while staying liquid. This marked the birth of intelligent wealth management. Today, that same drive for financial ingenuity and innovation is reflected in the modern startup ecosystem. Mercury captures this innovative spirit to provide an exceptional banking\* experience for everyone. Our Investments Team develops innovative solutions for founders deciding how to utilize idle capital. We have built a financial platform that enables startups to deploy their cash effectively, merging maximizing yield with capital preservation in a streamlined interface. It is institutional-level cash management specifically designed for high-growth startups. The Investments Team consists of backend and frontend engineers dedicated to crafting sophisticated products that oversee billions in customer assets as Mercury expands. We maintain a high standard of precision and excellence, recognizing that modern startups need solutions that surpass traditional expectations.
