Your responsibilities Develop Full-Stack Solutions: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end solutions for scalable and reliable software applications. Take Technical Ownership: Take end-to-end responsibility for software components and features, from technical design and implementation through deployment, operation, and continuous improvement. Shape Technical Solutions: Make and contribute to technical and architectural decisions, balancing scalability, maintainability, performance, and business requirements. Drive Software Quality: Ensure high engineering standards through clean code, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and modern software development practices. Solve Complex Problems: Analyze complex technical challenges and develop pragmatic, sustainable solutions in demanding project environments. Work Closely with Customers: Collaborate directly with customer teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and translate business challenges into effective software solutions. Collaborate & Share Knowledge: Work closely with other engineers, architects, and stakeholders and actively contribute your experience and knowledge to the team. Your profile Professional Software Engineering Experience: You have several years of hands-on experience developing and operating production-grade software applications. Strong Coding Skills: You enjoy diving deep into codebases and have the technical expertise to build high-quality, maintainable software independently. Modern Software Development: You are experienced with modern software architectures and engineering practices, including RESTful APIs, microservices, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Technical Ownership: You are comfortable making technical decisions, taking responsibility for their outcomes, and driving topics independently. Problem-Solving Ability: You combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic approach to solving complex technical challenges. Communication: You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and can explain and challenge technical decisions effectively.
