Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead

This hands-on Senior Software Engineer - Team Lead, will lead a team of full stack Software Engineers, with responsibility for the collaboration, coordination and communication for the squad. You’ll be active in maintaining best practice code quality, design and architecture. Contributing to the larger codebase and technology roadmap, you’ll be designing, developing and implementing solutions both on your own and in peer development style.Movio applications require high performance and process lots of data, giving our engineers experience with concurrency, fault-tolerant systems, and distributed cloud architectures. Testability and Continuous Integration are very important to us, and we have great test coverage. About the role

• Motivate and lead the team, encouraging, guiding and directing Engineers in your squad, assisting them to become self-organised and to take ownership

Requirements

We're looking for:

• Well-developed people management skills, with proven leadership experience in a Team Lead or similar role
• Ability to provide strong mentorship and establish and maintain key relationships with stakeholders
• Proven experience in a senior level back end Software Engineer role
