- Reporting to and working closely with the practice owners
About you
- SPA-eligible / Certified Practising Speech Pathologist with a minimum of 4–5 years' post-graduate experience (more welcome)

- Previous team leadership, senior clinician or clinical supervisor experience preferred — or a strong senior clinician ready to step up
- Confident across a mixed caseload (paediatric and/or adult, depending on your strengths)
- Sound understanding of NDIS frameworks and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills — you genuinely enjoy developing others
- Organised, calm under pressure, and able to keep a team running smoothly
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Australian working rights
What's on offer
- Competitive salary package commensurate with experience, plus vehicle/travel allowance
- 12-month fixed-term contract — a defined runway to gain leadership experience or take a considered career break from permanent commitment
- Established, supportive team with warm handover from the outgoing Team Leader
- Direct access to practice owners for support and clinical discussion
- Genuine autonomy to lead the team in your own style
- Professional development support during the contract
- Flexibility around start date and working arrangement
