Responsibilities
- Define and lead analog architecture for complex ATE ICs and platforms
- Serve as the technical authority for analog design across multiple projects
- Drive innovation in circuit techniques to achieve industry leading performance and density
- Oversee and review schematic design, layout, verification, and silicon results
- Lead mixed signal simulation and system level analysis efforts
- Mentor and develop engineers at all levels, setting best practices and design standards
- Collaborate with executive leadership, product management, and customers on technical direction
- Support silicon bring up, characterization, and high risk debug efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering; Master’s degree preferred
- 12+ years of professional experience in analog IC design
- Recognized expertise in analog CMOS design and complex system level problem solving
- Extensive experience with feedback systems, stability analysis, and advanced compensation methods
- Strong track record of delivering high volume production silicon
- Expert level proficiency with analog and mixed signal EDA tools
- Ability to lead through influence and communicate complex technical concepts clearly

The salary range for this role is $175,000.00-$240,000.00. Starting salary will be aligned with your relevant experience and demonstrated capabilities during the interview process.
