Risk & Critical Path Management: Identify complex technical blockers and deployment roadblocks, analyze root causes, perform scenario planning, and drive cross-functional mitigation strategies to maintain schedule commitments. Executive Communication: Serve as the main liaison to senior customer leadership and Boston Dynamics executive stakeholders, presenting status reports, financial metrics, trade-offs, and strategic risk assessments. Demonstrations & Pilots: Oversee logistics, strategy, and execution for high-profile customer pilot projects, field demonstrations, and trade show interactions. Mentorship & Capability Building: Mentor junior project team members and contribute to scaling organizational project and program management capabilities. Core Competencies Execution: Analyzes and prioritizes the varying aspects of the role, knows and/or follows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, and consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances. Collaboration: Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives through effective communication that understands the unique needs of different audiences. Innovation: Creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful, anticipates and adopts innovations in business, operations, and technology applications. Adaptability: Adapts and pivots in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations, and moves forward productively and optimistically under conditions of change and ambiguity. You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering) or a related technical field (Master’s preferred). 6+ years of progressive experience in technical project/program management, with direct leadership in fast-paced technology integration, robotics, or complex electromechanical system deployments. Proven capability to build integrated project schedules with dependencies, critical paths, risk management, and contingency planning.
