As the (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager for Business & Operations, you will lead the charge in hiring the world-class talent that drives our commercial and operational engine. You will own the hiring strategy for all non-technical departments, from commercial and finance to program management and operations. This is a key leadership role where you will directly influence our growth trajectory. ## **What You’ll Build** - Strategic hiring plans that translate our business goals into clear, actionable recruitment priorities for all non-technical teams. - Build a proactive talent pipeline for our most critical business and operations roles through advanced sourcing, market mapping, and strategic outreach. - An end-to-end hiring journey for senior and strategic positions, where you own every step from initial outreach to final offer with care and precision. - Create a powerful employer brand narrative that resonates with top business talent and positions ARX Robotics as a leader in the deep-tech space. - Data-driven recruitment culture, using metrics to guide hiring decisions, challenge assumptions, and continuously elevate our talent bar. - Scalable hiring strategies that anticipate our future needs, ensuring we have the right skills in place to support our long-term growth. - Build an inclusive and agile hiring process that ensures compliance, quality, and an outstanding experience for every candidate. ## **What You Bring** - A proven track record of over 5 years in talent acquisition, with experience hiring for a variety of business and operational roles. - Prior experience in a fast-growing deep-tech or technology scale-up is a significant plus. - Expertise in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and building strong talent pipelines for senior and hard-to-fill roles. - A data-first mindset, with the ability to use metrics to inform your strategy and influence senior stakeholders. - A deep commitment to creating an exceptional candidate experience and a passion for recruitment innovation. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to act as a trusted advisor to leadership. - The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, adapting quickly to evolving priorities while driving results. - Professional fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong advantage.
