**Senior Talent Acquisition Partner** **Department:** People **Reports To:** Senior Director, People **Location:** San Francisco, CA (Hybrid Preferred) **Employment Type:** Full-Time **Position Summary** Ever is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead strategic hiring initiatives across the organization. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executive leadership, owning full-cycle recruiting while helping build scalable hiring processes, strengthening employer branding, and developing proactive talent pipelines. The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and has a proven track record of attracting exceptional talent across corporate, technical, operations, sales, finance, and leadership functions. **Key Responsibilities** **Strategic Talent Acquisition** - Lead full-cycle recruiting from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop customized hiring strategies. - Recruit for a wide range of positions including executive leadership, corporate, operations, finance, technology, retail, and customer-facing roles. - Develop proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, industry events, and direct outreach. - Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. - Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process. **Business Partnership** - Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on recruiting strategy, labor market trends, and talent availability. - Participate in workforce planning and headcount forecasting. - Provide compensation market insights while maintaining internal equity. - Guide hiring managers through interview planning, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions. - Drive consistency and excellence in hiring practices across the organization. **Recruiting Operations** - Maintain accurate recruiting data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). - Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates. - Identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and hiring quality. - Develop standardized interview guides, scorecards, and recruiting best practices. - Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. **Employer Branding** - Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms. - Represent Ever at networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences. - Build relationships with universities, professional organizations, and talent communities. - Promote Ever's mission, culture, and employee value proposition. **Compliance** - Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. - Maintain recruiting documentation and hiring records. - Support fair, equitable, and consistent hiring practices. **Qualifications** **Required** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. - Experience recruiting across multiple business functions. - Proven success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms. - Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. - Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Rippling, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday, or similar). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent searches in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred** - Experience in a startup or high-growth company. - Experience recruiting technical, operations, corporate, and executive-level talent. - Knowledge of California employment practices. - Experience supporting multi-state hiring. - Familiarity with recruiting analytics, workforce planning, and compensation benchmarking. **Compensation** **Base Salary:** **$120,000 – $150,000**, depending on experience. **Why Join Ever?** At Ever, you'll play a critical role in building the teams that are transforming the future of electric vehicle retail.
