Position: Senior Technical Lead Job Description: * Should have Japanese language proficiency and can speak, read, write with JLPT level 1 or 2. * Incumbent will be responsible to Interpret internal or external business requirements and to recommend solutions/best practices * Incumbent will be attend meetings with customers to understand business needs * Can understand business requirements and derive engineering requirements from the same * Can derive and prepare detailed architecture based on engineering requirements * Incumbent will be responsible for doing decision analysis for system architecture and suggest pros and cons for various architecture options * Suggest repeatable design strategies and patterns to ensure consistent solutions * Recommends most efficient way to produce new software applications. *Actively involved in analysing and reviewing functional and technical architecture document * Define overall architecture approach for all layers of a solution ensuring architecture standards, policies, and procedures. * To Lead and participate in technical discussions with customer, with various geographical team and with other groups across Business Units associated with embedded product design Minimum experience 12+ Years Technical Skills: * Proficient working with different embedded platform like microcontroller, processor and DSP * Proficient in working with Embedded RTOS application development on embedded platforms. * Proficient in using C/C++ language on embedded platforms and debugging skills. * Proficient in Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures using C/C++ and Multithreaded Programming * Proficient of Board support package, Device driver and boot loader development/porting. * Proficient in understanding of hardware schematic, datasheet of hardware component to derive firmware/software specific solution * Proficient in integration of hardware, software and Mechanical, Understand different product issue during integration and should be able find solution while working with cross function teams. * Understands the upcoming technologies and market trends Location: JP-Tokyo, Japan (Atago Green Hills Mori) Time Type: Full time Job Category: Engineering Services
