Senior Technical lead, Platform

Job description

### Required Experience & Skills - experience with 8-13 years of development and platform development experience - Strong hands-on experience with **IPsec, VPP, and StrongSwan**, with a good understanding of IKE, Child SAs, traffic selectors, SPD/SAD, and IPsec tunnel configuration. - Proven experience in handling and troubleshooting **complex networking topologies**, including multi-tunnel, multi-network, VLAN, routing, and traffic-segregation scenarios. - Strong expertise in **Linux/Kernel-level debugging**, including networking stack, packet flow, CPU/IRQ, performance, and system-level troubleshooting. - Hands-on experience with **Docker and Kubernetes**, including container networking, CNI/Multus, SR-IOV, pod/service troubleshooting, and cluster-level debugging. - Experience with **high-performance networking, VPP/DPDK, and telecom networking environments** is highly desirable. - Ability to perform **end-to-end troubleshooting** across application, container, networking, VPP/DPDK, and Linux kernel layers. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in diagnosing and resolving **complex networking and system-level issues**. - Good understanding of **cloud-native technologies and Kubernetes-based deployments** in telecom/networking environments. ### Education Relevant Degree from Reputed college/ University
