Job Scopes • Provide on-site Tier 1 break/fix and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) support for PCs, notebooks, IP phones, iPads, and printers at Back Office and Data Centre locations. • Provide dedicated VIP and VVIP technical support. • Perform pre-meeting setup and standby VC support for critical senior management meetings. • Execute client-side project follow-ups, PC patch deployment, and bi-annual tablet OS upgrades Job Requirement - Higher-Diploma / Degree in Information Technology or related discipline. - Technical proficiency in supporting Windows 10/11, iOS, and client-side peripherals. - Hands-on experience with IMAC workflows and break/fix resolution. - Professional demeanor suited for VIP/VVIP and trading floor support. - Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese and English. - Working Windows: Mon – Fri, 08:00 to 19:00; Sat, 08:00 to 13:00 - Working Location: Customer Office
