Profession (Job Category): Other Job Schedule: Full time Remote: No Job Description: Ensure the realization of all technologies with a complex project environment • Ensure the quality of the works (e.g. compliance of the works with the projects design and specifications) • Ensure compliance of construction activities with the construction planning • Liaise with Customers /Authorities /Contractors/ Partner/Subcontractors for site and/or materials takeover and/or handover • Ensure the compliance on site of the rules foreseen by the HSE Management plan, for the works under his/her responsibility • Ensure the optimization of the resources (internal and external/subcontractors) in the project on site, having as baseline the project budget and Planning • Agree with Construction manager and develop site specific plans to be implemented in projects program and budget • Ensure the continuous updating and improvement of processes and procedures • Achievement of the Handover/Interface Milestones according to the Project Planning and Specification • HSE compliance • Maintain forecast less than or equal to Budget for the assigned projects
