Senior Therapist- Center Home Based Services Randolph, MA Daytime and Early Evening Hours Available | Full-Time & Part-Time Support. Empower. Inspire. Make a real impact as a Senior Therapist at our Randolph Center by providing 1:1 and group ABA therapy to children aged 2–6 with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them build social, communication, and play skills. Collaborate with a supportive BCBA team while customizing fun, evidence-based treatment. As a Senior Therapist you will have the opportunity to earn both restricted and unrestricted hours while making a difference every day! What You’ll do, your impact • Implement individualized treatment plans for your caseload or as a floater in our center-based programs. • Collect and document data daily, tracking client progress and outcomes. • Collaborate with BCBAs to evaluate procedures, conduct assessments, and recommend skill-building goals. • Support caregivers with training and guidance to apply behavior strategies effectively at home and in the community. • Assist in scheduling, staff support, and maintaining smooth center operations. • Mentor and support team members, providing feedback and promoting high-quality treatment delivery.
