We're especially interested in designers who bring practical experience working with AI in digital products. This is a hands-on design role. You will work from early concepts through to detailed, implementation-ready product design, bringing together user needs, business objectives, technology and brand. You'll be part of a multidisciplinary community working with leading brands on complex digital products and services. ### **The role** As a **Senior UX/UI Designer**, you will take ideas from experience strategy and early concepts through to high-quality digital products. You are equally comfortable thinking through a complex journey and obsessing over the details of an interface. You understand hierarchy, typography, interaction, composition, responsive behaviour and visual systems, and know how these elements work together to create intuitive and differentiated experiences. You work across both UX and UI, moving seamlessly from insight and structure to high-quality, implementation-ready design, and you know how to use customer research, data and insight to inform your decisions — though your primary craft is design. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI and product design craft is essential for this role. **Role responsibilities** - Lead product design work from early concepts through to detailed, implementation-ready experiences - Create user journeys, flows, prototypes and high-quality interfaces across responsive web and mobile products - Translate brand strategy and identity into distinctive digital product experiences - Create strong visual hierarchy through typography, composition, color, imagery, interaction and motion - Prototype ideas to explore behavior, interaction and experience before moving into detailed design - Use research, customer insight and data as inputs to make better design decisions - Create and evolve design systems that balance consistency and scalability with brand expression - Design user experiences where AI is a meaningful and integrated component, ensuring clarity, usability and trust in AI-related interactions and flows - Explore how emerging technology and AI can create new product behaviors, interactions and customer experiences - Work closely with strategists, researchers, developers, Product Owners and client stakeholders - Collaborate directly with developers in agile teams to ensure the quality and intent of the design carries through into implementation - Facilitate and contribute to workshops with clients and internal teams - Present and articulate design thinking clearly to clients and multidisciplinary teams - Raise the level of design craft within teams through critique, collaboration and hands-on contribution ### **We believe you have** - 7+ years of experience designing digital products and services, across both UX and UI - A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI craft across real digital products - Excellent visual design skills, with a strong understanding of typography, hierarchy, composition, interaction and responsive design - Strong UX skills and the ability to simplify complex journeys, behaviours and information - Experience translating brands into digital experiences rather than simply applying existing components or patterns - Experience designing sophisticated products across responsive web and mobile environments - Hands-on experience working with AI in digital products — for example, designing AI-supported features or user flows, working on projects where AI is part of the end-user experience, or using AI tools in a structured and repeatable way in your design process - Strong experience working with and contributing to design systems in scalable environments - The ability to move confidently between concepts, prototypes and detailed interface design - Experience working closely with developers and an understanding of technical opportunities and constraints - An understanding of accessibility and inclusive design, including WCAG standards - Strong Figma skills and experience with contemporary design and prototyping tools - Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies and how they are changing both digital products and the design process - A confident, pragmatic and collaborative approach to design - The ability to explain and defend design decisions while remaining open to critique and collaboration ### **Your portfolio** Your portfolio is an important part of your application.
