What will the SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist do? We are looking for an AI-Driven SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our organic growth initiatives, with a strong focus on SEO, emerging AI Search channels and Paid Acquisitions. This is a hands-on role combining SEO, AI Search, analytics, paid acquisition, and growth experimentation. SEO and AI Search will be the primary focus, while paid acquisition and growth experiments will be secondary areas of responsibility. We are building an AI-first and automation-first marketing operating model. We expect this person to actively identify opportunities to reduce repetitive manual work through AI, recurring tasks, and automated workflows while maintaining human validation, judgment, and ownership of outcomes. This is not an AI Engineering role. Strong marketing and SEO fundamentals come first. What You'll Own SEO, Organic & AI Search Own and continuously improve SEO, organic visibility, and AI Search performance across priority products, solutions, and commercial/money keywords. Identify, prioritize, and drive resolution of technical and on-page SEO opportunities, including crawling, indexing, site architecture, internal linking, schema, content structure, and performance. Audit and optimize our existing content inventory, making data-driven decisions on refreshing, consolidating, pruning, redirecting, or expanding content. Monitor and improve brand and content visibility across AI-powered search and answer engines such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity, including citations, referral traffic, and resulting conversions. Work closely with Technical Content, Product Marketing, and Development teams to turn SEO and AI Search insights into prioritized, actionable improvements. Monitor backlink/referring-domain quality, emerging search trends, and changes across traditional and AI-driven search to identify new growth opportunities. Analytics & Measurement Use GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, SEO platforms, and other data sources to evaluate performance and identify opportunities. Configure and validate events, conversions, and tracking when required. Connect marketing activities to Traffic → Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Customer, using HubSpot and other available data to evaluate lead quality and business impact. Turn data into insights, priorities, and actions, rather than reporting alone. Paid Acquisition & Growth Experiments Support and optimize paid acquisition activities, primarily across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, while testing channels such as Reddit, X, YouTube, or others when relevant. Evaluate performance based on lead quality and conversions, not only clicks or top-of-funnel leads. Run and evaluate A/B tests and growth experiments based on clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes. How We Work: AI-First & Automation-FirstAI is not only a content-generation tool for this role. We want to progressively automate repetitive activities such as SEO monitoring, competitor analysis, keyword tracking, anomaly detection, reporting, and performance analysis. You will be expected to: Identify recurring marketing activities that can be automated or augmented with AI. Design, configure, or help define recurring AI tasks and workflows for analysis, monitoring, and decision support. Validate AI-generated findings and maintain human oversight over prioritization, quality, and business decisions. Continuously improve and document workflows based on their accuracy, usefulness, and business impact. You will own the logic, quality, and outcomes of these workflows — not necessarily the underlying code. Experience with n8n, Make, APIs, scripting, Claude Code, or similar tools is valuable, but not required. Our Expected Working Approach We are looking for someone who goes beyond identifying problems or producing reports. Our expected approach is: Detect → Analyze → Prioritize → Recommend → Execute/Coordinate → Validate We expect hands-on execution where engineering support is not required. When collaboration with Development, Content, or subject-matter experts is needed, you should clearly define the requirement, coordinate execution, and validate the outcome. What We're Looking For Strong hands-on experience in SEO and organic growth, including technical and on-page SEO. Experience managing and optimizing content inventories, search intent, commercial/money keywords, and conversion-focused SEO. Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and SEO platforms such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools. Ability to analyze marketing data and translate findings into prioritized actions and measurable outcomes. Understanding of B2B funnel measurement, attribution, and lead quality. Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Practical experience using AI for research, analysis, monitoring, or marketing operations, with the ability to validate AI-generated outputs. Ability to execute independently while collaborating effectively with Content, Development, Sales, and Marketing teams. Nice to Have B2B SaaS and/or cybersecurity industry experience. Experience with Reddit and Quora Paid Ads. HubSpot and WordPress experience. Experience with AI Search, AEO, or GEO. Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, or basic scripting. Familiarity with tools such as Claude Code, Python, SQL, Apps Script, Looker Studio, or BigQuery. Experience with additional paid channels, CRO/A/B testing, digital PR, or link building. How We'll Measure Success Success in this role will focus primarily on business-relevant organic growth and qualified acquisition, rather than vanity metrics. Key areas include: Growth in qualified non-brand organic conversions. Improvement in visibility for a defined set of commercial/money keywords, particularly Top 3 and Top 10 positions. Growth in non-brand organic performance across high-intent and commercial pages. Improvement in qualified paid acquisition performance and cost efficiency. Execution of prioritized, high-impact SEO opportunities. Effective detection, prioritization, coordination, and validation of critical SEO issues. Development of measurable AI Search visibility and referral/conversion baselines. Reduction of repetitive manual marketing operations through validated AI and automation workflows. Downstream metrics such as MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Pipeline → Customer will also be monitored as shared business outcomes. Metrics such as Domain Authority, Spam Score, and general SEO health scores will primarily be treated as monitoring/health indicators rather than standalone performance goals. What We Offer: Compensation: The salary range for this position is €35,000 to €42,000 gross per year. Flexible working hours and remote working opportunities. Continuous learning and development opportunities. Dynamic and innovative work environment.
