What You’ll Do: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism Provide detailed menu knowledge, including food and beverage pairings Deliver food and drinks efficiently and accurately Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, polished service Maintain a clean and organized section Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth execution Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of serving experience (high-volume experience preferred) Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a plus) Friendly, confident, and guest-focused personality Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork mindset and attention to detail Availability Requirements: Flexible schedule required Available for lunch and dinner shifts Must be available weekends and holidays Why Bakan?
