Server/ Bartender

Job description

The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing professional, knowledgeable, genuinely friendly, food and beverage service in a timely manner and deliver the ultimate guest experience. ### Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers. - Take customer orders and provide recommendations on food & drink selections. - Maintain a clean and organized area. - Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service. - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations. - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders for customers. - Stocking the bar inventory when needed ### Requirements - Previous serving experience in a reputable bar/restaurant - Language: French - Strong knowledge of various alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, and brewing - techniques - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage and interact with customers - Professional, enthusiastic, energetic, a people person - Able to work and communicate well. - Able to lift to 50lb, reach, bend, push and stoop. - Able to work in a standing position for a long period of time.
