Service Account Manager/Estimator

Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Victoria Branch (located at 6836 Kirkpatrick Crescent, Saanichton BC). Flynn is the Leading Building Envelope Commercial Contractor in North America, with 6000+ employees and 38 branches. The Account Manager works with an amazing team in our Service Division supporting a wide array of projects and customers. ### A Day In The Life - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business. - Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn’s brand. - Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions. - Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction. - Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings. - Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement. - Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner. - Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders. - Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives. ### What We Are Seeking - Minimum 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in the commercial roofing industry. - Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including new construction, re-roofing, and service and maintenance work. Service and maintenance experience is an asset. - Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents. - Local market knowledge is preferred. - Experience using Bluebeam or similar estimating and document management software. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. - Self-motivated with a commitment to client service, business development, and team collaboration. ### What We Offer - RRSP matching - Company provided vehicle or allowance, plus gas card - Company events - Dental care - Extended health care - Vision care - On-site parking
