SERVICE ADVISER – AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR Emory Transmissions and total car care is looking for a friendly, dependable Service Adviser to join our team in the Camp Hill/Carlisle area. This position is ideal for someone who understands automotive repair, communicates well with customers, and can keep a busy shop organized. Responsibilities: Greet customers and discuss their vehicle concerns Prepare estimates and explain recommended repairs Communicate with technicians and monitor repair progress Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Schedule appointments and manage repair orders Follow up with customers and help ensure their satisfaction Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records Qualifications: Automotive service-adviser or repair-shop experience preferred Strong customer-service and communication skills Basic knowledge of automotive repairs Comfortable using computers and shop-management software Organized, dependable, and able to manage several jobs at once Professional attitude and appearance Valid driver’s license We offer competitive pay based on experience, a professional work environment, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with an established automotive repair company.
