# **Service Concierge/Service Drive Attendant** **Porsche Barrington**, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a customer-focused Service Concierge/Service Drive Attendant to join our service team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming first impression, supporting a busy service drive, and delivering a high-end customer experience in a luxury automotive environment. ## Job Overview As a Service Concierge/Service Drive Attendant, you will help ensure every service customer has a smooth and professional experience from arrival through departure. You will greet customers, assist with vehicle flow, support Service Advisors, help maintain a clean and organized service area, and monitor loaner vehicles so they remain clean, presentable, and ready for customer use. ## Responsibilities - Greet service customers promptly and professionally upon arrival. - Assist customers with check-in procedures and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor or waiting area. - Provide basic information about the service process and dealership amenities. - Offer refreshments and help create a welcoming, comfortable customer experience. - Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate customer needs, updates, delays, or special requests. - Help coordinate service drive traffic and vehicle movement within the dealership premises and off dealership premises when necessary. - Assist with valet duties, including parking, retrieving, and positioning vehicles safely and efficiently. - Wash and clean customer or dealership vehicles as needed. - Monitor the cleanliness of loaner vehicles and help ensure they are clean, presentable, and ready for customer use. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service waiting area, concierge desk, and service drive. - Address customer concerns with urgency and escalate issues to the Service Manager when appropriate. - Perform other duties as needed to support smooth service department operations. ## Qualifications - Previous customer service experience required; luxury, hospitality, dealership, or high-volume customer-facing experience preferred. - Automotive experience is helpful but not required. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor. - Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm in a fast-paced environment. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required. - Must be 21 years of age or older. - Professional appearance and demeanor required. ## Benefits - Competitive compensation with opportunities for performance-based bonuses. - Health, dental, and vision insurance options. - 401(k) with company match. - Paid time off and holidays. - Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and services. - Career growth and professional development opportunities within the Murgado Automotive Group. - Positive, team-oriented work environment focused on excellence. ## Why Join Porsche Barrington?
