Job Description Responsibilities: Manage underwriting service delivery teams, ensuring service level targets are consistently met while providing mentorship to Domain Experts and Assistant Managers. Facilitate goal-setting processes, aligning team objectives with overall business priorities and ensuring clear cascades to all associates. Monitor, analyze, and present insights on underwriting performance trends, leveraging analytics and technology for operational improvement. Lead governance discussions with UK stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, driving transparency and trust. Strengthen risk management and control frameworks to effectively identify, mitigate, and manage functional risks. Partner with senior management to design and execute strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction. Oversee talent management, including hiring, redeployment, and career development, to build a high-performing and future-ready workforce.
