Job Description Performs simple to complicated tasks related to employee data management based on established guidelines and standard processes, in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures. Maintains the SOP/DTP of current processes and incorporates documentation updates as required. Escalate system-related issues with senior members of the team and provide incident reports to support the process gap identification and solutions. Analyze and Escalates (if needed) , any identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution. Responsible in data gathering in completion of compliance SOX audit. Assesses identified issues and collates documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues. Ensures accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems. Performs ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned. Creates dashboards, presentations for stakeholder and management reporting. Support basic UAT testing. Participate on data gathering assigned SOX audit-related activities. Responsible in task prioritization and ensuring deivery of BAU on day to day basis. Monitor and respond to Employee Centre support simple to complicated requests. Supports selected simple process improvement initiatives to streamline processes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools Proficient knowledge and understanding of Time, Payroll, HR processes and procedures. Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred. Proficient knowledge in HR Systems, preferably Workday, Oracle, ADP, and ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools.
