Job Description Performs simple to complex tasks related to employee data management based on established guidelines and standard processes, in compliance with service-level agreements, processes, policies, and procedures. Reviewing the changes/updates and responsible in creating new SOP/DTP. Responsible for partnering with IT in system related escalations and partnering with them in managing incidents and process stabilization. Responsible in reporting enhancements to Team Lead and Manager. Responsible in creating scenarios for UAT testing and participation in testing. Answers complex and unusual data management system-related inquiries using company systems. Responsible in finding complex complex data management issues. Escalates issues and recommends resolutions to the Team Lead and Manager. Support junior members of the team in addressing routine issues within the assigned processes. Proposes alternatives to identified issues and assists in investigating and in resolving common and unusual issues. Contributes to various and simultaneous process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity. Participate in data gathering, compilation and checking of documents for SOX audit-related activities. Contributes specialized expertise to different assigned projects and may provide key updates to the Team Lead and Manager. Acts as the Process SME - supports junior team members, other work streams and functions in solving complex issues and tickets. Provide expert insights to team leads on root cause of errors, and processes fixes. Provide recommendations on how to improve processes and work flows. Support Team Lead in creating presentation for stakeholder and management reporting. Assist Team Lead in presentation and discussion of issues and errors with stakeholders and management. Comprehensive understanding of legislation and regulations for country/countries supported.Comprehensive understaing of company policy for country/countries supported. Performs ad hoc tasks as requested or assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools Experience in stakeholder and client management is an advantage. Advance working knowledge and understanding of Time, Payroll, HR processes and procedures. Experience working in an outsourcing, shared services, or similar model with compensation-related roles or other similar functions is preferred. Advanced knowledge in HR systems, preferably Workday, Oracle, ADP, and ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools.
