The company has significant opportunities to further penetrate its existing markets and expand into other geographies and service lines. ### Responsibilities - Responsible for existing service accounts - Responsible for obtaining new service accounts - Service billings - Service collections - Monthly forecasting of service projects - Coordinate local and non-local projects - Training of Titan Electric management systems - Reviewing service department personnel - Recruiting and hiring service personnel - Maintaining the fleet and inventory of service vehicles - Managing the inventory of service tools assigned to fleet vehicles - Ensuring the warranty process for contract jobs upon completion. ### Qualifications - Construction Management/Engineering/Business Management Degree or equivalent experience preferred - High School Graduate or GED required - Must have practical electrical and general construction knowledge and/or experience - Ability to read and interpret blueprints/construction drawings - Clear written and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word - Familiarity with PDF processing software, preferably Bluebeam - Positive attitude and outlook - Integrity, honesty, and responsibility with a desire to contribute to a team - Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment - Ability to prioritize tasks - Strong aptitude to work within deadlines ### Benefits - 401(k) - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Flexible spending account - Health insurance - Health savings account - Life insurance - Paid time off - Parental leave - Referral program - Tuition reimbursement - Vision insurance
