We’re looking for a Service Sales Specialist to support our growing Field Service organization by developing quotes, managing service sales activities, and helping deliver solutions that meet our customers’ needs. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys working across Sales, Service, Engineering, Operations, and customers to move projects from quote to completion. What You'll Do Prepare service quotes by defining project scope, costs, timelines, and deliverables. Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Service teams to develop accurate customer solutions. Manage service sales contracts and monitor contractual obligations and risks. Respond promptly to customer and sales requests. Monitor project schedules, scope, costs, and profitability. Support pricing, billing, revenue, and cost-to-completion activities. Prepare and support contractual claims when needed. Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices. Ensure sales and service documentation is completed accurately and on time. Identify and escalate issues quickly and professionally. Track lessons learned and share opportunities for improvement with leadership. Help ensure customers receive responsive, high-quality service. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of sales experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Comfortable working with pricing, contracts, budgets, and project information. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel .
