## **Service****Technician-** **Glazing** FLYNN GROUP OF COMPANIES Full time $23-28+/hr DOE **Job Summary** As a Service technician in Glazing , you will be responsible for completing quality repairs, assess damage and perform preventative maintenance for glazing systems and products; including fitting and sealing windows, curtain wall glass, store-front systems, skylights, and glass doors for commercial buildings. Candidates must be comfortable with daily physical labor, working outdoors, from heights, and following extensive safety procedures. **Benefits:** - Competitive wages - Health insurance (Partial employer paid premiums for employee and dependents) - Vacation & holiday pay - Vision & Dental insurance - Life Insurance - Referral bonus program - Gym membership access - Annual holiday celebration(s) - Paid training programs - 401k w/company match - PPE provided **Job Responsibilities** - Replacing, installing various types of commercial glazing systems, including curtain wall, store-front, handrails and more. - Installing, servicing, and repairing glass doors and door hardware - Work collaboratively with field crews on various projects - Use our mobile app to record, document, and report repairs/projects - Provide recommendations for additional work or maintenance. - On-call 24/7 availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule) - Follow all safety rules and procedures **Requirements** - **Previous construction or trades experience is required** - Repair experience with commercial glazing/glass systems including curtain walls, store-front, doors, etc. is preferred - Very comfortable working from heights & outdoors year-round - Must have valid driver license and clean driving record to drive company vehicles - Tech savvy-comfortable using mobile phone apps - On-call availability to respond to emergency repairs (additional compensation, staggered schedule) - Pass a background check and drug screening #LI-DNI 6/24/2026
