ServiceNow Engineer (Forms & Ansible Integration)

Job description

**Day to Day** - Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow forms, catalogs, and workflows within **ServiceNow** - Configure and customize modules such as: - Incident Management - Change Management - Service Catalog - Build and manage ServiceNow catalog items, record producers, and dynamic forms - Develop and maintain workflows using Flow Designer and scripting - Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, especially **Ansible Automation Platform** for automated provisioning and remediation - Implement REST/SOAP APIs for system integrations - Collaborate with DevOps, Cloud, and Platform teams to automate operational processes - Troubleshoot issues related to workflows, forms, and integrations - Ensure adherence to best practices, governance, and security standards - Document technical designs, workflows, and configurations
