### **2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm - $1 Shift Premium** Are you skilled with a sewing machine and take pride in creating high-quality products? At Serigraph, we’re looking for detail-driven, hands-on team members to help turn creative designs into real-world products. If you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and seeing a finished product come together, this is the role for you. ### What You’ll Do - Operate industrial sewing machines (single stitch, double stitch, automated & manual) - Apply finishing elements like zippers, Velcro, keder, hems, and pockets - Perform fit checks on frames and hardware when required - Inspect products for correct dimensions, artwork, and quality standards - Troubleshoot and adjust machines to keep production running smoothly - Read and follow work orders and specifications - Use measuring tools (tape measure, yardstick) to ensure accuracy - Record production data using internal systems (ERP or similar) ### What Makes You a Great Fit - Has experience with industrial sewing equipment (manual or automated) - Takes pride in precision and attention to detail - Can read job orders and follow instructions confidentlyIs comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment - Communicates well and works effectively in a team - Stays organized and manages time efficiently ### What You’ll Bring - Basic measurement skills (tape measure, rulers, etc.) - Ability to identify and correct quality issues - Strong work ethic and commitment to safety - High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
