For more information visit **The Opportunity** We are now recruiting for a Shift Manager. The Shift Manager will act as a key member of the Tees REP Operations Department management team, providing consistency of approach, understanding and actions between Operation’s shift teams and day’s-based Operation’s and other employees. The Shift Manager is responsible for the effective planning, delivery, control and communication of short to medium term work control and strategy, driving consistency of approach between shifts. You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
