We’re thrilled to have been awarded a 10-year Operations & Maintenance contract by WELP at the world’s first commercial scale plastic recycling plant and are now looking to form our amazing site team. Based in Teesside, you’ll be key in delivering excellence in safe, efficient operations and maintenance using HydroPRS™ technology to chemically recycle end-of-life plastic. Joining us as we commission and start up, your experience and contributions will see us achieve recycling of over 20,000 tonnes of waste plastic each year, with the scope for expansion as we grow. **The Opportunity** We are now recruiting for a Shift Team Leader. The Shift Team Leader is responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the plant during their shift. They provide leadership to the operations team, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental performance, and asset integrity. You’ll be supported with personalised on the job training, coaching, mentoring and twice-yearly development and performance reviews to help maintain & develop your contributions and competence.
