Spanish Customer Experience Senior Specialist This position is responsible for managing end-to-end dispatch operations, including shipment planning, carrier assignment, container movement monitoring, and ensuring timely delivery to customer locations. In addition to dispatch execution, the role oversees exception management activities such as vendor dispute resolution, charge approvals, and addressing operational issues that disrupt the standard process flow. The position also drives continuous improvement by identifying and implementing solutions to eliminate recurring disruptions and enhance overall process efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end landside shipment execution—from planning and booking to delivery and order closure—using SAP TMS Drive transport planning, optimisation, and proactive exception management to ensure reliable service delivery Manage vendor and stakeholder coordination across internal teams, customers, and partners to ensure operational excellence Ensure data accuracy, cost validation, and timely order closure to support billing and profitability Build strong engagement with regional front office teams and contribute to overall operational improvements Drive performance tracking, reporting, and KPI-based insights across operations and financials Translate data into actionable recommendations on cost, profitability, and business trends Lead process improvements and standardisation to enhance efficiency and reduce friction. Support delivery of cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and deliver outcomes Support offshoring initiatives, product training and onboarding new members in the team. Qualifications: Bachelor's Graduate Should be able to speak and write Spanish and English Hands on Knowledge of all MS Office Product Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in the logistics or shipping industry for external hires. Willingness to work rotation shifts and, for external hires, adhere to a five-day in-office expectation. Technical Skills: MS Office tools, SAP BI applications/tools, programs or systems colleague would be responsible for operating, any other assisting software.
