Site Supervisor

Job description

C.O. Williams Construction Limited is seeking a competent and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise employees, subcontractors, and site personnel. Monitor work progress and compliance with drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate labour, materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain accurate site records, including progress, attendance, materials, delays, and defects. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil/Building Engineering, or a related field. Valid driver’s licence. Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills. Ability to interpret construction drawings and project schedules. Good verbal and written communication skills.
